I am particularly suited to companies with ambitions for growth, internationalisation or transformation.

I bring experience from global corporations, entrepreneurship, capital intensive businesses and professional board work.

My particular focus is shipping, offshore wind, the green transition, strategic growth and the responsible use of artificial intelligence.

I serve on the Board of European Maritime Finance A/S, an investment management company focused on maritime investments.

I contribute international experience across shipping, offshore wind, governance, capital markets and strategic growth.

My approach is grounded in preparation, independent judgement and respectful dialogue.

Good board work is not about having every answer. It is about asking the questions that lead to better decisions.

I spent 13 years with A.P. Møller Maersk in international leadership roles across shipping and global operations.

My responsibilities included European container equipment, operational leadership in South America, international chartering, contract negotiations and commercial agreements.

This gave me a strong understanding of global operations, risk, contracts, complex stakeholder environments and leadership across countries and cultures.

In 2009, I joined the early partner team of Blue Ocean Ships, the company that later developed into Cadeler.

Our ambition was to support the green transition by developing more efficient wind farm installation vessels and helping offshore wind become more commercially sustainable.

I worked with international business development, commercial strategy, major tenders and global customer relationships, while serving for six years on the company’s Board.

Cadeler is today a publicly listed global leader in offshore wind installation.

I believe good governance begins with curiosity, integrity and the ability to ask the right questions.

A board must both oversee management and contribute to the company’s long term direction and value creation.

I work best in cultures that value open dialogue, different perspectives and constructive challenge.

I contribute calm judgement, commercial understanding and the willingness to challenge when necessary.

Throughout my career, I have founded and helped build ventures across shipping, offshore wind, technology, healthcare and Danish design.

I am currently Co founder and COO of Nova Caring, which develops intelligent safety solutions that help people live independently for longer.

I work extensively with artificial intelligence across strategy, communication, product development and decision support.

Experience from both established companies and startups gives me a practical understanding of the responsibilities carried by management, founders, boards and investors.
